Part C The Western Course

The following clause to be inserted:

12. With respect only to the Coastal Race, when fewer than 75% of the starters in a class finish within the time limit positions for boats that have not finished may have their final position in the race determined by their position at the last mark at which a rounding was recorded by the Race Committee.
A boat so recorded shall not be scored better than nor equal to one completing the course.

Clause # 7 is amended as follows:

Delete: 7.1 The starting line will be between a staff displaying an orange flag on the Committee Vessel at the starboard end and a boat flying an orange flag at the port end.

Insert: 7.1 The starting line will be between a staff displaying an orange flag on the Committee Vessel at the starboard end and an Outer Distance Mark at the port end (ODM(p)).
